While Eventbrite handles payment processing, MyCheekyDate supports all guest inquiries directly, including:

reschedules
credits
and refund requests

If you’re unable to attend your event, you have flexible options:

Whether you reach out 10 days in advance or 10 minutes before the event, we will take care of you. Simply email us and we’ll handle the change.

Refunds are available in the following situations:
