The Cheeky Guarantee
"If MyCheekyDate cancels or reschedules an event, guests may request a refund. If a guest's own plans change, their ticket remains valid as flexible credit for any future MyCheekyDate event, at any time, with any amount of notice."

Why Events May Be Adjusted

MyCheekyDate events are live, in-person experiences. The quality of the evening depends on real attendance, room balance, age range, venue conditions, and guest flow. If an event isn't shaping up to meet the standard guests signed up for, we may adjust, cancel, or reschedule it rather than force a weak or poorly balanced room. It's a quality-focused decision designed to protect the guest experience, and the Cheeky Guarantee applies whenever it happens.

Venue Updates or Changes

Very occasionally, a venue changes due to operational circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Renovations or unexpected closures
  • Staffing issues at the venue
  • Private buy-outs
  • Venue scheduling or room availability changes

If this happens, we'll update guests and work to preserve the event experience, offering an updated venue, a new date, or another appropriate option. If we cancel or reschedule, the Cheeky Guarantee applies.

Ticketing & Payment Processing

Tickets are processed securely through Eventbrite, which handles the transaction itself. MyCheekyDate handles guest support directly, including event questions, reschedules, flexible credit, and refund requests. Eventbrite securely processes payments; MyCheekyDate never accesses or stores your card details.
