The Smart-Card Matching System
After each event, guests use MyCheekyDate's proprietary Smart-Card system to privately select who they'd like to see again. Mutual matches receive each other's contact details the following day, no phone numbers need to be exchanged at the event, and no one knows who you selected unless the interest is mutual.
The Smart-Card also uses proprietary algorithms and machine-learning supported interest signals to understand real-world attraction patterns across events, informing future opportunities across the broader MyCheekyDate ecosystem, including speed dating events, CheekySocial, The Founders Club, and Curated Introductions.

If MyCheekyDate cancels or reschedules an event, guests can request a full refund, handled directly by MyCheekyDate via one email to info@mycheekydate.com, no runaround. If a guest's own plans change, their ticket never expires, no penalties, no pressure, valid for any future event whenever they're ready. Full details at The Cheeky Guarantee.
What happens if I can't make it to my event?
Your ticket never expires. It stays valid as a flexible credit toward any future MyCheekyDate event, whether you give five days' notice or five seconds. Email info@mycheekydate.com and we handle everything.
Does MyCheekyDate offer refunds?
If MyCheekyDate cancels or reschedules an event, a refund is available, handled directly by us, not a third party. There's no need to request it through Eventbrite; email info@mycheekydate.com and we take care of it. For guest cancellations, tickets convert to a never-expiring flexible credit. Why does the Eventbrite listing say "no refunds"?
Because no one can guarantee a match. The no-refund notice on our Eventbrite listings means that attending an event and not meeting someone isn't grounds for a refund. It doesn't limit the Cheeky Guarantee. If MyCheekyDate cancels or reschedules your event, skip the Eventbrite refund request and email info@mycheekydate.com; we refund you directly. If your own plans change, your ticket stays valid as a flexible credit that never expires.
