At MyCheekyDate, we believe transparency builds trust. Our event policies are designed to ensure every guest receives fair value while maintaining the high-quality, small-group, and understanding atmosphere that defines our events.
Eventbrite Policy Alignment
We operate through the Eventbrite platform for ticketing and event management. Eventbrite’s Organizer Terms specify that if an event is canceled, postponed, or significantly rescheduled, attendees are entitled to a refund or credit in accordance with the organizer’s refund policy.

MyCheekyDate’s Policy
Our refund structure fully aligns with Eventbrite’s requirements. If an event is canceled or removed from the schedule, every guest automatically receives a full-value credit to attend any future event of their choice. Credits never expire and can be transferred to another guest or city upon request.
We also take an understanding approach to guests who may need to reschedule. Life happens — and we recognize that flexibility and kindness foster the kind of supportive, genuine community we aim to create. The alternative of not allowing daters to reschedule simply wouldn’t reflect the values of inclusivity and empathy that MyCheekyDate stands for.
How to Use Your Credit
• Apply it to any upcoming event listed on our official MyCheekyDate Eventbrite profile.
• Transfer it to another city or guest by emailing info@mycheekydate.com.
• Credits never expire — they remain valid indefinitely.
